Shipping rate and handling fee
We charge the rate which post office charges you (refer above schedule)+ handling fee X (3.9% + Yen 40 paypal fee )
Example EMS fee is Yen 1800 . Handling fee is Yen 200.
Total is Yen 2000 X (3.9% + Yen 40 paypal fee) = Yen 2000+ Yen 118
You will be charged Yen 2118.
Handling fee
We charge packing material fee for your parcel (sellotape, air bubble cushion and wrapping paper).
To save cost, we will use recycle carton box (free of charge) for delivery. If you need new carton box, please inform us and we will buy you new carton box with extra charges.
Handling fee rate
-Every parcel below 1kg, Yen 100.
-Every parcel above 1kg -4kg, Yen 200.
-Every parcel above 4kg, Yen 300.
Combine shipping
You can combine your parcels to save international shipping cost. We will try to combine shipping for your pre -order items that release in the same month as per your request.
Customs, Duties, and Tariffs
We cannot be responsible if the parcel incur any additional customs, tariffs, or duties once they reach the destination country. Please check with your local customs regulations for specific information.

For EMS parcel/ SAL small packet with registered mail, It will be the responsibility of the recipient to make claims in their home country if they receive a damaged parcel.
You can insure your parcels (with extra charges) as optional if u need. Pls let us know earlier for the arrangement.
No return is acceptable (except you receive the item that you never ordered).
